Bearded Dragons, Please help!?

I have 2 bearded dragons and I really need your help.

In their enclosure they have a heat mat, heat lamp and a uv 10.0 light (3ft long)

My uv light stopped working so i got a new one today but its still not working.

My questions are:

how long can a bearded dragon go without this light?

what can i do to help them get what they need whilst i get the problem sorted?

What could have stopped it from working (i have changed fuses)

Thankyou so very much :'(Bearded Dragons, Please help!?
maybe its not the right wattage for the starter,

do you not have a spare mini uvb bulb you can use

where is your heat mat in the viv , beardies cant feel heat on their bellies and can burn them severly

dangers with heat mats are that bearded dragons cant feel heat on their bellies and can cause extreme burns and death in some cases

what are the temps in your viv , they should be 105ish at the hot end and about 85 in the cool end

and when you say you have a heat lamp is it the light kind or ceramic

best place for a heat mat is in the bin or on the side of the wall , a

also is your heat source hooked up to a thermostat

have you got an email it would be alot easier to explain stuff all at once instead of coming bk to the q every 2 mins lol

but on the starter for the light turn it over their shoud be a sticker saying, model , tube 40w n 38mm or summin along those lines , tell me what it says on the sticker and then tell me what make you uvb tube is , is it exo terra repti glo 10% 36 inch and what wattage the uvb is , it will say where it says exo terra repti glo

what wattage does it say on the back of the starter for the light and what wattage is the repti glo

also i see a question you answered get rid of the wood chip, use ceramic or slate tiles or vinyl tiles , repti carpet or paper/paper towels

if wood chip is swallowed it can block the vents in your beardie,

carpet you can buy from mainly reptile pet shops not the pet shops that sell hamsters coz them pet shops have no clue what they are on about most times , i would recommend tiles tho they are easier to clean etc , i brought some new tiles the other day and they cost 5.99 from BnQ , cheaper than carpet and alot better in my book you might be able to get them a bit cheaper , i have a 6ftx2ftx2ft viv and they covered it good so if you get them buy them single as you will save money instaed of buying a in a packBearded Dragons, Please help!?
If the new bulb did not get the light going, then it's probably a problem with the fixture, it could be the starter which is easily replaced or it could be the ballast. If it is the ballast then you are better off with just buying a new strip. I wouldn't go more than 2 days without the UV strip light, but that is just me.Bearded Dragons, Please help!?
If you have a reptile heat bulb that will be just fine for a while until you get the issue fixed. Please take out the heat mat. Heat mats, rocks, ect. are very bad and pose more of a danger to them than not having a light. As far as it breaking, I am not sure. If you have changed the bulb and fuse then maybe the the fixture is bad.Bearded Dragons, Please help!?
Don't use a heat mat! They can't feel heat on their bellys and could get severely burned! Use a heat light instead. (Remember to put a protector on it so that you or you beardie wont get burned.)
