1st, What car is it???
2nd find they fuse box there is a diagram printed on the inside
3rd if it starts it got fuel
do lights works ?

you should be able to locate a fuse diagram on the cover of th fuse box, or at least some times. aside from that, you might have to just look into the box and see if you can not determine which one is blown. you might end up systematically pulling them all to find one blown fuse.
