Sometimes it doesn't work at all? and sometimes it goes fine and other times it just went up and down? but it doesn't affect my driving at all? No sound nothing? i tried to change the fuse but nothing.

If it's an automatic I wouldn't worry about it. I've driven plenty of manual cars without a tachometer and it's not too bad. You just gotta listen to your engine. The tach gets its signal from the computer.
