How do i change fuse for cigarette lighter in 206?

My cigarette lighter has stopped workin in my 206 i am looking to know were the fuse box is, What fuse it is and what type of fuse i need to replace it. Any ideas anyone?How do i change fuse for cigarette lighter in 206?
It's fuse no.23 rated 20amp. the fuse box should be under the dash area and the fuse is bang in the centre and offset against the others.How do i change fuse for cigarette lighter in 206?
