I was told it was my multi function switch, but they wanted to charge $300 to fix.
I want to do it myself but I do not have a chiltons. My car is a 1998 Dodge Avenger. It does not have tilt steering . I changed the fuses so I know it's not that and both bulbs work. The left light blinks like a flasher non stop the right works fine. Any ideas on what needs to be done??How do I change out the multifunction swith for my turn signal?
according to all data you have to remove the stering wheel, air bag and clockspring just to get to it. You better take it ta a mechanic because its not worth messing with the airbag components if you dont know what for sure you are doing
